General Terms and Applicability

bb44 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between bb44 and every user of its services ("Member"). By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all bb44 services — including slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, fishing games, and arcade games. Where separate terms exist for a specific service, they apply alongside these general Terms.

1.1 Legal Framework

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative version.

1.2 Definitions

• "Platform" — bb44's website, mobile app, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" — any person who has registered on bb44 or is using the platform.
• "Balance" — the total of cash funds and bonuses held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional funds credited without a cash deposit, which cannot be withdrawn until specified wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place bets a set number of times before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Anyone opening an account on bb44 must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be complete, accurate, and current. bb44 may request a National ID card or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in withdrawals being temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

A bb44 account is strictly personal. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred to any third party. Placing bets on behalf of another person also constitutes a violation of this policy.

Account Security and Responsibility

Members are responsible for keeping their account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Members are advised to use a strong password and change it regularly. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to bb44 customer support immediately.

bb44 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing login credentials with a third party. The member is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on bb44 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If an active bonus is present, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used at registration.
• For any suspicious transaction, bb44 may request additional verification.

4.4 Cryptocurrency Prohibited

bb44 does not accept deposits or withdrawals in any cryptocurrency or digital asset.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus is never given as direct cash — it is always subject to wagering requirements.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each bb44 promotion has its own terms, such as specific days, minimum deposit amounts, and wagering rates. The general rules are:

• A promotion can be claimed once within the specified period, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will first be counted as bonus balance.
• If promotion abuse or manipulation is established, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• bb44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

bb44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. Moving to a higher tier unlocks additional benefits. Full terms of VIP membership are published separately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only after final confirmation. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error, bb44 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet. bb44 is not responsible for losses caused by the user's own internet issues.

6.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change up until the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply. In live betting, odds changing rapidly during an event is normal.

6.3 Bet Cancellation Situations

• If an event is cancelled or suspended before the scheduled time, bets may be cancelled.
• In the case of an obvious odds error, bb44 may cancel the bet.
• Incomplete bets due to a technical failure will be considered void.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets through bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Manipulating odds or using software exploits.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

Responsible Gaming Policy

bb44 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is for enjoyment, and that no one should suffer personal or financial harm from excessive play. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by bb44

bb44 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Fraudulent, bot-driven, or unlawful activity.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (dormant account).
• Direction from a law enforcement authority.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Members may request closure of their own account at any time through customer support. Before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.

Limitation of Liability

bb44 strives to provide the highest standard of service, but will not accept responsibility in the following cases:

• A game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet outage or technical issue.
• A member's own login credentials are compromised.
• Delay or failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).

In any dispute or claim, bb44's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Changes to Terms

bb44 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be given on the platform.
